A seasoned international school leader with over 3 decades of rich and diverse experience, Edward has held key leadership roles in institutions such as the Qatar Foundation Qatar, Harrow International School Hong Kong, Aoba Japan International School Japan, Pamoja Education Oxford UK, IB Asia Pacific, Singapore, All Saints Anglican School Australia, and United World College Singapore, among others.

Edward has consistently driven academic education innovation, strategic planning and professional learning across multi-cultural school environments. He is especially known for designing impactful professional development programmes, integrating technology in teaching and learning, and leading cross-campus academic operations with clarity and vision.

Conrad began his professional relationship with India as the Founding Head of Early Years for a leading international premium group of British schools. Repeatedly recognised for excellence in leading teams, founding schools and transforming them, successfully reviewing teaching programs, providing accurate and meaningful reporting to school boards, improving schools across age phases, and developing international staff, he has always strived to lead through a strength-based approach.

Conrad believes in the power of a progressive and innovative approach that guides us on our mission to give children the opportunity to be active collaborators in their education, filled with experiences of inspiration discovered through their own interests in learning. At its core, he firmly advocates an educational approach that carefully considers how learning methods, pedagogy, environmental factors, intentional teaching, and positive relationships interact to form the basis of a refined, inspiring, and captivating teaching philosophy and vision.

Mohan brings over 12 years of experience in maker education, STEM learning, and innovation-led pedagogy across India and internationally. He held leadership roles at MakerGhat (USA), Learning Links Foundation, and Creya Learning, where he led curriculum design, educator development, and large-scale implementation of experiential learning programmes. 

He has also contributed to the development of pioneering innovation spaces such as MuSo – Museum of Solutions, Mumbai, and T Works, Hyderabad. As co-founder of RepairShala and advisor to several education ventures, Mohan is passionate about creating learner-centred ecosystems that foster creativity, design thinking, and real-world problem solving.

With over 19 years in education, Shakun has led the design and implementation of The Human Framework and SEL curriculum across Heritage Xperiential schools. She has played a key role in building teacher capacity and shaping a school culture rooted in dharmic values. Shakun holds a Master’s in Sociology and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University

Ezette is an internationally respected leader in education strategy, redefinition of curriculum and pedagogical change. She has designed and implemented curriculum frameworks internationally, most recently in Australia and the Middle East and was the head of curriculum for the Government of Abu Dhabi. She has also held Directorship and Principal positions in various locations around the world. Ezette holds Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees with a double major in Linguistics and Literature and also holds numerous other graduate diplomas including the Teaching of Reading.
