Formerly the Headmaster of Bradfield College, one of the UK’s leading independent schools, his distinguished career spans the full educational spectrum—from early years to postgraduate education—providing him with a deep understanding of learning and development at every stage.

A graduate in Modern Languages, Dr. Stevens has lived and worked in France, Italy, India, and the UK, experiences that have shaped his belief in developing globally aware, culturally sensitive, and future-ready learners. His leadership philosophy is centred on fostering academic excellence alongside character development, while balancing the strength of traditional educational values with the opportunities presented by innovation. Passionate about creating dynamic learning environments, he champions the thoughtful integration of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance student engagement and achievement. Above all, he is committed to nurturing every learner’s potential within a strong, inclusive, and values-driven school community.

A seasoned international school leader with over 3 decades of rich and diverse experience, Edward has held key leadership roles in institutions such as the Qatar Foundation Qatar, Harrow International School Hong Kong, Aoba Japan International School Japan, Pamoja Education Oxford UK, IB Asia Pacific, Singapore, All Saints Anglican School Australia, and United World College Singapore, among others.

Edward has consistently driven academic education innovation, strategic planning and professional learning across multi-cultural school environments. He is especially known for designing impactful professional development programmes, integrating technology in teaching and learning, and leading cross-campus academic operations with clarity and vision.

Khona Bhattacharjee is a seasoned international school leader with over two decades of experience in professional learning, curriculum leadership, and school improvement across India, Indonesia, Kenya, and Zambia. She holds a Master of Arts in Education (Leadership and Administration) and brings extensive expertise in curriculum strategy, instructional leadership, faculty development, and IB and Cambridge continuum frameworks, spanning Early Years through Upper Secondary.

An active member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN) since 2009, Khona has contributed to the global IB community as a School Authorization Visit Team Member, School Evaluator, IB Consultant, PYP Workshop Facilitator, and Professional Development Workshop Facilitator. Her international work has taken her across diverse educational contexts, supporting schools through IB authorizations and evaluations, curriculum innovation, professional learning, and school improvement.

With more than 25 years of experience across CBSE, ICSE, and IB schools, Viveki brings deep expertise in classroom teaching, academic leadership, and educational consultancy. As a PYP Coordinator, she is committed to strengthening inquiry-based, concept-driven learning that is intentionally planned and meaningfully assessed. Known for fostering collaborative school cultures, Viveki works to ensure teachers feel supported, families feel connected, and students feel confident and motivated to learn. Her approach balances academic rigour with wellbeing, creativity, and curiosity, creating learning experiences that are purposeful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.

A hospitality-bred operations leader, Rohit has spent over a decade turning complex, multi-site organizations into well-oiled machines. From luxury hotels in UAE, Bahrain and Bangalore to premium entertainment at Cinemas and now educational administration at HIXS, Pune, his career tells a story of relentless growth, sharp instincts and a gift for making things work at scale. Whether managing clusters, building teams, or driving revenue, Rohit leads with precision, purpose, and a people-first approach.

Valentina Caputo joins HIXS Pune as Atelierista, bringing more than a decade of international experience in early childhood education. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the concept of children’s hundred languages, she believes learning flourishes when children are given opportunities to explore, express, and construct meaning through their own discoveries. Through art, storytelling, materials exploration, and philosophical inquiry, Valentina creates rich learning environments that encourage creativity, participation, and shared learning among children, educators, and families.

Nidhi Sharma is the Head – Human Resources at Heritage Xperiential Schools, where she has been leading the people and culture function since April 2021. She is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across the network, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management.

With over two decades of diverse experience across Education, Telecom, Hospitality, Learning & Development, and HR Consulting, Nidhi brings a unique blend of business acumen and people expertise. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives, built high-performing teams, and championed people-centric practices that align organizational objectives with employee experience. Her cross-industry exposure has equipped her with deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and building agile and future-ready organizations.

At Heritage Xperiential Schools, Nidhi has been instrumental in leading the people strategy during a period of growth and transformation, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence while supporting the organization’s vision of delivering meaningful educational experiences.

Mohan brings over 12 years of experience in maker education, STEM learning, and innovation-led pedagogy across India and internationally. He held leadership roles at MakerGhat (USA), Learning Links Foundation, and Creya Learning, where he led curriculum design, educator development, and large-scale implementation of experiential learning programmes. 

He has also contributed to the development of pioneering innovation spaces such as MuSo – Museum of Solutions, Mumbai, and T Works, Hyderabad. As co-founder of RepairShala and advisor to several education ventures, Mohan is passionate about creating learner-centred ecosystems that foster creativity, design thinking, and real-world problem solving.

Prerna Shivpuri has been associated with Heritage Schools for over two decades and currently leads Learning & Development across the Heritage group of schools. Having played a pivotal role in establishing Heritage’s CBSE programme and leading the Primary School at Heritage International Gurgaon, she brings deep expertise in experiential pedagogies inquiry-based learning, early years education, assessments, mindfulness, professional development and leadership development. Her work continues to shape teaching excellence and learning cultures across Heritage schools.
